ONBOARDING
Easy and painless, we promise! A site visit is scheduled to see the space, gather additional information, understand your vision, and arrange for measurements. We pride ourselves on being flexible and adaptive, respectful of your decision to be as involved or hands off as you would like.
DESIGN
DEVELOPMENT
We provide CAD drawings to present the schematic design, providing you with a detailed look at your new space through renderings, elevations, and material boards. Upon approval, we create plans for permit submission by others.
SPACE PLANNING
Our plans include furniture & fixture placement that outlines where everything needs to go in order to function optimally in your space. Through thorough understanding of your movement patterns, we determine the ideal placement of your furnishings with safety and efficiency in mind.
PROCUREMENT
We search high and low to source the perfect pieces for your new space. This is an integral component of a well designed space. We have cultivated strong relationships with our vendors and are able to offer our clients a percentage off of retail.
